Order delivery
- We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address. Please note that we deliver goods only to specified regions within Pakistan. Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order / can be differ due to any external reason.
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
- All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the rider / delivery agent will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange delivery.
- At the time of delivery, you are requested to check your order thoroughly. In case you find the products not fresh and up to the mark you may return the product to our delivery guy.
- Delay in Delivery; We at Sultan Store are working continuously to avoid any delays. While there is no delay expected as of now, some orders might be affected based on surge of orders, for which we urge our customers to bear with us. Our team will keep you informed as needed. Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery please file an exchange request via contact us form on the website within 5 days after receiving of an item..
- In case of return there should be a valid reason as mentioned in return policy, specially change of mind never applicable for return a product.
- Cosmetics are non-exchangeable products.
- Delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken / defective (dead on arrival).
- Delivered product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / missing parts.
- Size and color issue in delivered products especially in Men / Women shirts, shoes. Kids shoe size.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape and stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
- Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Cancellation of Order
- You can cancel your current orders before processing for shipment from your account section. You may receive a confirmation call from our shipment section pre to precede your order.
